Strategic Plan and Federation Development

As part of the Federation's continuous development cycle, we undertake a range of activities focused on self-evaluation. This evaluation, along with feedback from pupils, parents and performance data, helps us to continue improvements to the education of pupils at Four Lanes Federation along our strategic plan.
